Where I can find what was changed in 2.0.9 ?

2.0.9 is a test version yet and other sub releases will take place (209b,209c,etc). The next stable version will be 2.1 may be (i don't know that, i guess).
In some checks i make with 2.0.8e most changes have take place to core and mostly of them are fixes. Some small changes also have been made to templates and mostly in row and html mail templates that has been corrected the links after a mail is been send. But i think the template you use will work fine with 2.0.9.
You can also compare the code if you are familiar and see the changes have been made.
You can also test that version but don't yet place it in production. You can install a second local installation with your template and your data and test it around and report any bugs you find around or things that didn't work in 2.0.8e and haven't been fixed in 2.0.9.

The version 2.0.9 was meant as 2.0.8F, but then we decided to take a week more and do a 2.0.9 and then a 2.0.10 as kind of final version of 2.0... Then we start with 2.1 to develop 2.2.
2.0.9 should run directly for your production store. Of course this is NOT tested, because 3-4 testers are not enough. The reason we release it here, so that some people test it. As far as we know all changes in the layout are for new features (like unit price) or the fixes for the email links, thats it. So when it is running now it will also work later.
