Hi everyone, I use Virtuemart 2.02 (Joomla 2.5)...
When a purchase go through, I receive a confirmation mail from Virtuemart AND from Authorize.net.
Now yesterday someone purchased something, so I've received a confirmation mail from Virtuemart, but not from Authorize.net, it was cancelled on their part, they told me the address was wrong.
I've looked in the Backend of Virtuemart in the ''orders'', and I've noticed that the client wrote the city in the zipcode area and the state in the city area. Shouldn't the check out tell the customer when all the boxes aren't filled right?
Or did I miss something?
If someone know about this issue, it would greatly appreciated!
