Title: Istraxx UPS VM2 Plugin showing a percentage of real UPS cost

I'm in Joomla 2.5.6 and VM 2.0.8e.

The shipping plugin is the latest. I just updated it.

The issue I'm having is that my shipping prices are a fraction of what they should be. I need some help.

UPS tech support verified that the shipping module is in production mode and I do have weight in the product of 8 pounds.
