Hi,

please, is there any component that will create private inbox or something like a private ticket for each Product that have been bought?
Since using the virtuemart for digital good I wish to open special ticket for each purchased product where only buyer and seller (admin) has access to.

Maybe the way I emplain it was wrong - I'm basically looking for something like helpdesk.

I was wondering if anyone knows solution on the stuff I mentioned before = opening the Ticket/Helpdesk automatically after purchased.
