Title: Order Emails not sent and Blank screen when changing order status

Hi Team

Please point me to a forum where there is some info on these 2 issues - there are many questions on the forum about these, but I cant find the answers

1. Change the status of the order from confirmed to shipped.. screen goes blank.. it goes to www.mywebsite.com/administrator/index.php
2. Customer  places an order and they dont nor the admin get any emails... (there use to be an option to send a PDF to the customer..but I cant find that either) - Paypal order email comes through to admin and customer.. but no order invoice..

PS the customer get a registration email when they register.. so they are getting something

I have tried this post also and changed the jos etc to number 1 from 42

Any ideas please team :)

Hi team... is anyone else having this problem.. I have tried 2 different templates now and no luck getting the order emails sent..

Please help

In VM2, order emails are not sent in the case of pending orders, for PayPal Standard.  (Confusing because in VM1 they were.)

You need to complete the order and pay at PayPal, then you should see the VM invoice emails sent to customer and vendor.

Try in sandbox mode first and see if it works.
