A terrible start for this week: ???
I have a new Joomla 2.5.6 and Virtuemart (2.0.8e) Setup with no error messages and warnings. (Tmp,... Setup correctly)
I have created one category and one product with image and so forth.
I have created one menu-item to the vm-frontpage
Category view looks like this:
(http://img213.imageshack.us/img213/226/bildschirmfoto20120723u.png) (http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/213/bildschirmfoto20120723u.png/)
http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/213/bildschirmfoto20120723u.png/
Why is the link refering to
index.php?option=com_virtuemart&view=category&virtuemart_category_id=0&Itemid=126&lang=de
instead of
index.php?option=com_virtuemart&view=productdetails&virtuemart_product_id=1&Itemid=126&lang=de
Why is the image not shown up?
IF I make a menu-item directly to a "Product" all works like a charm..
Many, many thanks in advance :-\
When you have an error, please disable first the template and try then.
Not sure how you mean that?
I have no Joomla specific Template ( /template/template_name/components/com_virtuemart )
Under Virtuemart Configuration:
-> Select the default template for your Shop = Use joomla default
-> Category Template = Use joomla default
-> Category Layout = default
-> Product layout = no override
-> Layout for your home page = no override
I'va also tried it with another Template (beez) and does not work
(links the PRODUCT DETAILS to "index.php?option=com_virtuemart&view=category&virtuemart_category_id=0&Itemid=126&lang=de" )
bump! :o
bump bump bump!!!
I have also problems regarding category. Looks like same problem. Update of changes done to categories will not be updated in the frontend. Have also tried to delete a category, but it is still visible in the frontend.
HELP !!!!!
:)
Is there any kind of timedelay for changes?????
When I updated my frontend page a moment ago I saw that the changes was updated.
maxdeal, you have your cache in joomla activated. Yes then it takes a bit time.
Jan Jezek, I am quite sure you have some override active. The settings seem to be correct. But the link to the product details should look like /index.php?option=com_virtuemart&view=productdetails&virtuemart_product_id=1&virtuemart_category_id=1
