Hi. I am unable to add additional information under the Shop -> Shop tab. I am also unable to update the "General User Information" tab. When I press Save to update my info, it is all deleted. Every time I pull up the shop page, I get the error:
JUser: :_load: Unable to load user with ID: 608
I am running PHP 5.3, VM 2.0.8c, and Joomla 2.5.
Any ideas how to fix this? Thanks!
Just for an initial try - could you create a new user in joomla - user another email address and make them vendor- then try and update - the old vendor in joomla or VM.
Like trying to unlock them.
I created a new admin account and tried to update the info without any luck. Where do I change the default vendor for the site?

EDIT: Problem is fixed. I just went through and changed the admin user ID to 608 throughout Joomla (in the users table, vmusers table, etc).
