After installing the VirtueMart component successfully, the second file (com_virtuemart.2.0.8c_ext_aio.zip) will not install. The only error message is: "There was an error uploading this file to the server."
I have downloaded the package 3 times in case of corruption. I have tried to install to 3 separate domains for testing and all have the same issue. I read http://dev.virtuemart.net/projects/virtuemart/wiki/Installation_of_VirtueMart_2_with_provided_packages
Am I doing something wrong?
This is my system information:

Firstly minimum PHP version for J2.5 is 5.2.4 - http://www.joomla.org/technical-requirements.html
Second you may be short of \php resources. See http://forum.virtuemart.net/index.php?topic=102045.msg339125#msg339125
New PHP Installed. The problem still persists. Also getting error: "Unable to find install package"
Am I still missing something?
