Title: 3rd Party Editor Buttons Not Showing - how can i turn them on?

Hi i am trying to get the 3rd party editor buttons that i have turned on for joomla to show in the editor windows for joomla. stuff like phoca download and phoca gallery buttons. anyone have any ideas? i'm using tiny MCE.
