Title: Prices/pictures disappearing

Hello,

I have a big problem, I have a running website where randomly prices/pictures of products disappear. I checked the database and columns disappear from tables witch link the product IDs with picture/price-IDs. Is the database corrupt, or is it to virtuemart? How is this possible and what can I do?

Maybe you can start by telling us which versions of Joomla/VM/PHP you are using?

Joomla 1.7.3, VM 2.0.0, PHP 5.2.17

Right, those are old insecure versions of Joomla and VirtueMart, and VM2.0.0 contains many bugs compared to the current stable version.

Updating is highly recommended because of the site security implications and possible hacking, but also be aware that the PHP version you are using is below the minimum version required for J2.5 (and j1.7)  http://www.joomla.org/technical-requirements.html
