Title: Upgrade problem need help please

I tried to do my first upgrade to latest version and this now comes up :
Warning: Division by zero in /home/vynettes/public_html/administrator/components/com_virtuemart/models/product.php on line 516
What have I done wrong ? Only new to this sorry. Help is much appreciated.

have you tried to upgrade via extension manager of joomla instead of upgrade manager of Virtuemart themselves?

I did the upgrade through Joomla Extension Manager: Install
