Hi All!

In my "Sort By" drop down box in Virtuemart 2.06, It has "Product ID, Product Name, Manufacturer Name, Product Price"

I want to change the word of Manufacturer to "Brand" - but still have it reference the manufacturer etc back-end to allow my sort by to keep working.

Can anyone offer advice?

That is in the VM language file. There are 2 files, 1 for admin area and 1 for frontend.

Can I just change the front end one and not the admin one?

Hi know this is way out of date but for the benefit of new readers of this post can I point you in the direction of the Language Override in Joomla.

Extensions - Language Manager - go to Overrides tab then click new and search for the text you are looking for.

Just found this out myself now I am smilling greatly ;D as it is saving me so much nonsense.
