Yes, good site. I've never used VirtueMart myself but am considering what software to use for my next project. Is the design you have put up there reasonably "out of the box"? How much customisation have you had to do?

What are you using to be able to zoom into the image without clicking it?
I would say the checkout on the right-hand side is not obvious that an item has been added. I would suggest adding it near the top of the page as that is were people normally look for them.
