We live in Belgium and VAT is 21%.
So a product priced 82.64 is 100 including tax
Our products on the website should display their salesprice incl tax --> 100.
To make this possible the 21% tax rule should be apllied per product. If we apply 21% to the bill instead the prices on the website are displayed without VAT and this is not legal.
In the cart the subtotal is already 100 and this should display 82.64.
How can this be fixed?

Go to "calculator" in the product tab on your virtuemart, it should be like this /administrator/index.php?option=com_virtuemart&view=calc
Set the calculator rule as you described
Go in your product, set the tax and the price
finish
hope it's what you were looking fore.
I already did that. The 21% tax rule is apllied per product. If we apply 21% to the bill instead the prices on the website are displayed without VAT and this is not legal.

Did you tried the calculation rule per bill?
"If we apply 21% to the bill instead the prices on the website are displayed without VAT and this is not legal."
