Hi,

Is there any way to disable products' discounts (calculation rules) when customer uses a coupon?

Hi Chris,

You can automatically disable a coupon after it is used one time in ORDERS & SHOPPERS - Coupons - go to coupon type and select "gift coupon." If you selected coupon type "permanent coupon" it can be used until the coupon expiry date that you set.
