Hi,

I have a problem with generating pdf invoices. If change a order status on Confirmed I see this error

vmError: Cant create pdf, createInvoiceNumber failed

Hi we were having issue with invoices on some earlier versions.

Could you try and reinstalling the software again over the top of your present site - it will be Ok.

and then create a fake product purchase and see the invoice again.

* also look and see what your setting is in Configuration>>checkout as this > setting Default order Status to send and invoice>> change this to something else and then see may be it is set to none? and then when confirmed it cannot generate a numbered invoice ?

just a though.

I can't find any settings of 'Default order status too send...'

I noticed the missing numbers in order pdf preview
isn't this reason?

Default Order Status to send an invoice is a setting on VM configuration/checkout
