Hello,
When I move an item to a cart without entering shipping address, I will get "Select Shipment" and "Select Payment" links. When I click either one of them, there are nothing to choose from. I use UPS Ground (only) and PayPal Standard (only). Why I don't see those icons when I click the links? If I enter my shipping address or log in, it will show the shipping method and PayPal payment icons...
Please help!

Hi that is correct - To give you an idea, you are actually asking the machine to ship the product , but it is asking you the question "where to? "
* you must fill in the address first every time before you hit shipping or postage as it does no know where you are shipping the product.
It cannot do any calculations based upon an unknown address.
It should work just fine -

I'm sure there is a step by step option in configuartion that may force the address first.
Yes you can set both shipping and postage to be automatic - Just make sure your settings for all shipping and postage are large and or cover everything you need. ( if you are not sure just post again)

* and yes you can actually change the wordings to say something else - that is in the languagae folder on the website

Make a copy of the file first and then change the writing. it will work perfectly - write what you like.

I changed the wording in the language file. It's looks better but this is still not user friendly to me....So I changed the configuration to "show checkout steps" but I didn't see any difference...
I wish this checkout function is "show items in the cart" > "click on buttons continue checkout" > Then shows "sign in" or "register" by default... It's difficult for a beginner to customize sometimes-:)
