Title: Email Not sent when Order status changed to Confirmed

Hi All

Have been trawling the forum for a solution to this problem. 

In the orders list, if I change the order from pending to Confirmed NO email is sent to the customer or admin.
but
if I change the status to any of the other options eg. shipped, refunded, cancelled an email is sent.

ok a bit more info, when I goto
orders & shoppers --> orders --> click on an order

1-
if I click on update status and change to confirmed, it goes to a blank screen
2-
If I change the status where the item lines are then it changes the status to confirmed but no email.

Hi some of these issues were in early versions of 2.0.8 and lower - have you updated to - 2.0.8 version e?

If so - then type a little more about the process, version you are using, php , and what shipping and payment arrangements you are testing -  there was an issue with another payment clashing with orders. So step through your process for us.
