I can't understand why but some categories and products are missing after migrating from 1.1.9 to 2.06 version.

I have 4.200 products ( 2.150 was migrated to 2.06)
I have 100 categories ( 50 categories was migrated to 2.06).

The data that was migrated seem fine. Orders and users are ok too. Any idea what could cause such a problem?
