"VMPAYMENT_AUTHORIZENET_USE_SANDBOX DESC" should be replaced by "VMPAYMENT_AUTHORIZENET_USE_SANDBOX_DESC". Note the last underscore between SANDBOX and DESC.

My VM version is 2.0.6
