I'm using Awocoupon and regular VM coupons, they're all published and ready to go, but if a customer enters the correct code into the given area in the shopping cart it just refreshes the page but doesn't apply the discount. I have enabled coupon usage in config, and can't figure out why the coupons aren't working. Any suggestions?

melissa - just wondering if you maybe turned on both coupon pieces of software that it is getting a littel confused.
try the standard one and then the awocoupon - maybe they clash. I have not tried thi- but maybe.

The VMs coupon code was doing exactly as you described - however the awocoupon was Ok.

I keep messing around with stuff, and I still can't get any coupons working. But now, instead of just refreshing the cart, I get this error message when putting a code into the cart:
Fatal error: Call to undefined method stdClass::setCartIntoSession() in /home/green292/public_html/shop/administrator/components/com_awocoupon/helpers/vm_coupon.php on line 1162
Any ideas?

I have reported this issue in another post - I see some posts are saying they have similar issues
- I think this is a bug and I'll wait to see what happens with the next update.
* I don't use coupons at the moment so I'm not stuck. But all I can say is that thye do work for me in the stable versions.

Im having the exact same problem.....except Im using "Glimlag VM Coupon Version-3.0" as my coupon generator.
The frontend excepts the code, but just refreshes the screen with no changes to the total.
Any further ideas on the fix....

Hi guys often you need to turn off one to ,make the other work.
so the core is on the other might not work and visa versa.
In my case I'm not using Awocoupon, maybe I should try installing it to see if that helps.
As I'm unfamiliar with Joomla I've avoided installing anything new so far.
