Sorry about the title but I am having big problems with setting VM up
No I have used other Versions of VM with out any issues at all but this new VM 2 is just killing me!!!
I am using Joomla 2.5 and I have downloaded and istalled virtuemart.2.0.6 all the support files and vids are showing it under Joomla 1.5 (no good when you use 2.5 lol)
Problems I am having could be a server side and Software (VM) side
First off I can not for the life of me set the CURRENCY (COM_VIRTUEMART_CONF_WARN_NO_CURRENCY_DEFINED) I have unticked everything apart from GBP but still nothing I have been everywhere that I have seen on the forums but still nothing.
Second I have set the Safe Path under Configuration/Templates but it still gives me error.....
this is just for starters please any help would be great on this. like i said I have used older Versions of VM without issues and I have no idea why or what is going on.

The safe path should be OUTSIDE of your /public_html
AND it cannot have a '/' as the first character
go into "shoppers' and click your name, and see if you have a "vendor" tab.
If you do, see what your currency is set to
