Comming from jm 1.5 and VM 1 I don't understand the checkout process in VM 2.0 anymore.
Adding multiple products to a card only works when logged in. It doesn't work in guest mode in my situation.
Login takes place after shopping (during checkout).
huh?
When I look at the checkout screen I also get confused. What I see all at once is:
1) an option to login
2) an option to change or add an invoice and shipping address.
3) an option to select a shipping method
4) an option to select a payment mehod
5) a checkout button leading to a "registration form"
As a customer I would expect this:
1) A returning customer is automatically logged in. Shipping an Payment method is automatically selected. Checking out would mean confiming a Total cost overview and continuing to Paypall/ideal etc
2) A new or not logedin customer should be asked to login or fill in or register.
a. This selection would unfold a registration form if "Fill in" or "register" was selected
b. Only after filling in the address it is possible to (auto) select a shipping method and payment method. So this should only now be visible.
c. After B a Total cost overview is shown where a confirm and pay button is pressed leading to to a payment site.
Is this weird or should this be standard? Can this be done in VM 2.0
