When a customer enters their Shipping Address, the information is saved for the order but is NOT saved to their profile.
When they return again the Shipping Address fields are empty.
UPDATE: Clicking on the "Add Address" link from the Administrator back-end does nothing either, no form opens up.
It sounds like a database connection error. Try by re-installing Virtuemart and recreating the tables from Tools area.
Already did those.
It does not shift.
I am having this same problem on three different installations.
What MySQL tables should be present for the Shipping Address to be stored?
