Title: Problem with eprocessing payment gateway

In my website  presently we are using eProcessing payment gateway but we are facing some problem while processing the transactions. After the completion of step 3 in checkout When i click on "Confirm Order" button the URL navigates to check out step 4 but the main page content still showing step 3 only. Can any body suggest a solution for this??

Is this with VirtueMart 2 - you have posted in the VM2 section, but this version does not have numbered checkout steps?
