If you turn off the VM CSS and the VM jQuery, the form will not work.
I understand that it should happen, because the page header with a form that is loaded in the iframe is not loaded the necessary files.
The question is: how to connect the necessary scripts for ask form, when VM scripts is off?

This is just an option, when your template provide it allready.
