When you search for a product via the Product Search module it gives a list of products many of which are not related at all to the product name searched. Why is this happening? How do I fix this?

Try to search for pro fit, this should bring up the Geocel Pro Fit product, rather it brings up an entire list of products almost all of which have nothing to do with Pro Fit nor do they have the words pro fit anywhere within the product description or name.
