I'm using Shipment for Virtual Products plugin, but i've a problem. When click in the link of the email for download the product the size of the product is 0, but if the file is small (10MB) download without problems.
I've increased max_execution_time, max_upload... without good results.
My safe path is /home/mi_user/downloads(out of root)
Can you help me?
