i have many problemsa..
Joomla 2.5.4
Virtuemart 2.0.6
1)Button of quantity of goods is below the button add to cart
2)The button add to cart is not working
3)in the cart password and login field is not displayed correctly

Hi! I saw that your problems are related with CSS template problems.. not a Virtuemart problem.
If you use a default VM + Joomla template you'll see that buttons will work! :-)

humm... please load one default joomla template and the Default VM CSS files and see again.
you're css options are too large in width, height and even with bad css position related
