I only see Paypal and Standard?

I only know of this list which has some VM2 payment plugins http://extensions.joomla.org/extensions/extension-specific/virtuemart-extensions/virtuemart-payment-systems

So no other payment methods in default yet?
When are they planned?
Is there a roadmap somewhere?

Included in VM2.0.6 is:
Standard
PayPal
Payzen
Systempay
Authorize.net

I do not know if any others are planned, there is no roadmap. Third party developers are releasing new plugins more frequently now, see http://forum.virtuemart.net/index.php?board=135.0

jenkinhill in VM1.1.9 I think we could use a plugin for Paypal expres... why id this pulgin not updated to VM 2.0.X? Any plans on doing so?

IIRC that was a third party developed plugin, some are working on PayPal API so there may well be one available in the future.

I can't see the standard payment method either the paypal.
Where can I found the standard payment to install it?

They are installed with the aio component.

Acess them by going to Shop / Shipment methods or Payment methods - select New.
