Title: Custom text input field not showing after transaction

Hi,

I am in the process of building a new shop for a client, when a customer purchases a product they have the option to personalise it with a message.

For this I am using the Custom Field with the 'VM - Custom, Customer text input' plugin, this is working great and text the customer entered is showing in the cart, however once the customer has completed the order the text they have provided in the Customer text input is not showing up on any orders or invoices.

Does any one know which table this is stored in the database or where I can find the details in the admin portal once the order has been submitted?

Have had another play with this and still cant see where the custom text is hel once the order has been processed, however it is showing in the cart! - any hel would be good :)

Same problem over here, this really annoys me.

Has anyone figured this out? I am having the same problem. It's been months since this post was started so hopefully there is a solution!

I am having the same problem.  It's driving me nuts.  I don't see any of the customer input being saved in the database anywhere.

I have the same problem and i can“t find the solution!!
