I updated and get the following error message:

Warning: Missing argument 2 for shopFunctionsF::EmailIcon(), called in /var/www/web1570/html/webseiten/testseite/templates/gk_esport/html/com_virtuemart/productdetails/default.php on line 81 and defined in /var/www/web1570/html/webseiten/testseite/components/com_virtuemart/helpers/shopfunctionsf.php on line 480

In addition the live update does not work. It has never been working for me. So I manually updated virtuemart via the Joomla Installer.

I hope somebody knows what to do.

Seems to be a regular thing now...an update to fix old issues creates new ones :-(

That warning is from your GL Esport template override - turn it off by changing the error reporting setting in Joomla global configuration/Server/Server Settings

For updating the Akeeba system is not reliable on some servers. Best to use the Joomla extensions installer as a routine update method.
