Does anyone have SHIPMENT FOR VIRTUAL PRODUCTS plugin working with VM 2.0.4?
On my sites the plugin does not create the emails anymore.

Just see that there is an updated version on the site and the download has been fixed. (Thanks Max)

But I have problems:

I have one downloadable PDF setup, but the plugin does not find anything.
If I generate the email, it now shows an (empty) link so some progress has been made between 1.0.3 and 1.0.4.
