I see ahmed requested Arabic at https://www.transifex.net/projects/p/virtuemart/. I suspect it's you.
Wait till the request accepted and the you'll be able to upload the language files. I think

You can post the files here or in other download site or send it to comunidadejoomlapt@gmail.com
I already replied at Transifex on the language code to use as the two letter code "ar" will be discontinued from transifex. So please chose one with 4 letters!
Later you can make any changes you want, upload and download!
