I want to change the "sales rpice without tax " to MRP
and "Sales price" to Discount Price"

The language strings for this are in joomla_root/language/en-GB/en-GB.com_virtuemart.ini

Use language override to make any changes, then they will not be lost during a VirtueMart update. http://forum.virtuemart.net/index.php?topic=92944.0
