Joomla 2.5.3
PHP 5.3.2
MySQL 5.1.61
Apache 2
Linux(Ubuntu 10.04)

After i enter non-English shipment/payment name and save it(or apply it), the page will be redirected to the login page.
Re-login and the tool icons on the toolbar are missing.
After logout and re-login once, the toobar is back again.

I enter these name strings in Chinese.

I have found the solution.
The "Unicode Aliases" option the should be set to "Yes". (in Global Configuration area ans SEO settings section)

But i think there should be a warning or alert about this issue somewhere.
