Hey All,
Kind of new to Virtuemart here but things have been going smoothly for the most part. I have run into an issue with spacing at the top of the Virtuemart Category Menu and I am hoping to find some help.
Whenever the home page or a Joomla article such as the Contact Us page are displayed, there is about 25 pixels of extra space above the first Category in the menu. Whenever I click a link in the menu, or view any Products, the extra space disappears and it displays as I think it should.
I get the same results in Firefox 11 and IE 9. I am designing a custom template but get the same results using the default Beez 2 template with Joomla.

I have picked through the html/css and nothing seems effect it.

I had the same problem. It's a BOM character appearing before your content.
