I had this site to subfolder and had tried checkout before a few months it was working like a charm.
Today i tried to transfer this site to live folder and at checkout i see this message: This site can't be reached. Error reporting show nothing at all because Connection is being reset. Also when i enable debug and have error reporting at Development mode, i get a message that memory for debug is exhausted. And its 128M. I tried to use 256M, 512M and every time debug exhausts memory, so i cannot do anything with debug opened
I use one page checkout 3rd party but i disabled it and still the same.
Any ideas?

Check that it has not been hacked - one indication is new users with admin permissions!

After a thorough search i saw that was an issue inside SQL database.
