Title: 2.0.16d Shipping Tax Charged Incorrectly?
Post by: atrus on January 07, 2013, 18:11:08 PM
Hi to all,

We have noticed the following in our website www.quality-tuning.co.uk (you may play around with wholesale user test/test)

- All products tax setting is set to 'Apply Default Rules'. We have a 17% VatTax rule for all unlogged users and a 0% VatTax rule for all logged-in wholesale users. So far so good. Product vat is charged for unlogged users and not charged for logged-in wholesale users.

Above behaviour is not the case with shipment methods though. We set all shipment methods tax setting also to 'Apply Default Rules' (tax_id=0). Now, nobody is charged with VAT, not the unlogged users, not the wholesale-logged in users.

Someone would expect to see similar behaviour but there is not, is this the case or am i missing smth?

Thanks in advance,
Chris
