Editing of product variant in orders section in backend

Hello Developers!

i dont know if this is the right place to post this but i have a feature request for future release. can you add option to edit/change product variant in orders section in backend.

Yeah, I request the same for shipping method and total

But seems some of this are comming from plugins and are more complicated to handle, hopefully in VM3 there will be available to edit at some point.
