I want to update my site from 2.0.20b to 2.0.22a.
Where can i find only those files that shuld be updated?
I don't want to overwrite the complete VM package because I've made some changes to the core VM code.

You will need to update the full package and retro-fit any changes you want to keep, except those that you have done using template/html overrides
Although some of these may not function depending on what and how you changed things
Do a file compare on old to new files using:-
Kdiff3 or whatever file comparisson package floats your boat. This will indicate where differences are
Trying to part update will, no doubt, result in problems and no-one will really be able to help you.
Of course, this should be done on a test server first and working before you go anywhere near live!!
