Okay, I had a quick question about vmpayment plugin standard. Can I overwriter standard.php just in template/mytemplate/vmpayment/standard/standard.php or Do I need to do it in template/mytemplate/code/standard.php?
You can't override this file, only files inside standard/standard/... are overridable.

create your own plugin
copy all files and name it maybe standard_custom
