VM 2.0.16d - problems with migration

Is it right to install VM 2.0.16d and then start migration proccess? I used VM 2.0.16 for migration. But prices didn't migrate. After reading similar topics I reinstalled VM 2.0.16d instead of VM 2.0.16 (deleted virtuemart tables in the database and installed VM 2.0.16d) and started data migration. Less then a half of our products migrated. Orders didn't appear. Maybe I should have migrated with the help of VM 2.0.16 and then install VM 2.0.16d and continue migration?

I completed removed VM 2.0.16 plus data.  Installed 2.0.16d and migrated.  Part of my orders did not migrate but this worked

It is just enought to install over the old version. The migrator maybe had not enough time to migrate everything once.

Just execute the migrator again, until it is not migrating any more.

Thanks for the update. 

Re run the migrate again and again unfortunately was not working in my particular case as others because the migration table was already saying that the last order (or whatever) number had been reached.  Only when the table field (order) was set to null did it pick up the rest of the orders.

Thanks. This works with orders. But in my case products don't want to migrate completely. 2.0.16d gives me rather strange reports, like this one (pls see attachment). And this situation repeats over and over. At the same time 2.0.16 made migration of all the products except 4 items without prices.
