How can I send emails to ask for reviews after an order is fulfilled?

Alternatively, you can use VP Email Manager (https://www.virtueplanet.com/extensions/vp-email-manager) to send follow-up emails to the buyers asking for reviews.

Or you can use acymailing and plugin for acymailing - Abandoned Cart - because this plugin create triggers from VirtueMart (confirm order) into acymailing - we use 4 years.
