Call for price pop up window

Hello,
I am using VM 2.0.26d

When the pop-up window opens for "Call for pricing" or "Ask a question about this product" it opens the with the same background image as the webpage.
I want it to open with a white background.
I have googled but cannot seem to get an answer!

And then the email that is sent, sends to me, the administrator, where do I specify where that emails must go?

That version is over 2 years old and almost certainly insecure and in serious need of updating, but check on a backup copy of the site, as it sounds that you may use a commercial template? But you have not posted a URL.  Last version of the VM2 series was 2.6.22 - we are now on VM3.0.16 working with Joomla 3.5.1

The email gets sent to the Vendor as set up on the Shop tab.
