Finding the right extension for my needs

My client has requested that her customers have the ability to refer people, and once they have referred X amount of customers and those customer each order x amount of items, that the referrer gets a coupon for a free product.

Is there something that will do this automatically? Once that 5th person places their order it just sends the coupon code to the referrer?
