USPS Shipping Options Not Displaying Properly

I tried to setup two shipping options using the USPS
First Class and Priority 8)
The Priority option appears in the cart checkout, but not First Class  ::)
What up ???
Using VM2.0.2 and Joomla 1.7

Changed shopper group to both default and anonymous ::)

Now if I could I only get PayPal to work :-[
