USPS Shipping Options Not Displaying Properly

I tried to setup two shipping options using the USPS
First Class and Priority
The Priority option appears in the cart checkout, but not First Class 
What up
Using VM2.0.2 and Joomla 1.7

Changed shopper group to both default and anonymous

Now if I could I only get PayPal to work
