Bug in creating categories

VM 2.0.xx has the following bug while creating subcategory category names in language files. VM does not allow the same category name for multiple entries. To give an example. There are two main categories, say 'Tools' and 'Professional Tools'. Both categories may contain a subcategory called 'Hammer'.  It can be that there are two versions of tools, one for normal usage and one for professional usage. Not so with VM 2. It simply does not allow subcategories with the same name but different main categories. That may be problematic for a lot of shops dealing with electronics, photo, shoes a.s.o.. I think it has something to do with the slugs, because both slugs are the same and they are indexed, so mysql refuses to accept those two slugs.
