no way to finish shoping (payment and shipping)

on i-smoking.de users can´t buy anything. ig they want to finish the shopping tour, vm meens no shipping and no payment methode is selected. users can´t select a methode. config error or bug ?

What are your configuration settings on the payment and shipping?

What do you get as an option when trying to order? Is it blank or can you not select the methods that are there?
